Barack Just Called!

Barack Obama just called me -- okay it was a recorded message -- and he said that we have an important election on Tuesday. So, go vote for the "change we need." This is a change election, a point of transition, and John McCain, whatever his good qualities, is not a candidate of change.

In church today, as I went to the pulpit, I didn't endorse or tell anyone how to vote. I suggested that they vote their conscience, guided by their faith.

I believe strongly that if we want to have a voice in this nation's future, we need to vote. Don't vote, don't complain -- that's my motto. As for me and my house, well, we're all voting for Barack Obama!
