People don't think of justice as restorative they get angry when you talk about God's mercy -in the end, they would like to see the other guy get his. Along the way, they make sure to tell me that I am going to hell for holding these views too.Jeffhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00585947079073673091noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22980286.post-25244961340794156442012-06-22T12:57:57.750-04:002012-06-22T12:57:57.750-04:00Kate,

I will have to keep this in mind as I move forward!!Robert Cornwallhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04581876323110725024noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22980286.post-30641633749579321552012-06-22T12:20:23.507-04:002012-06-22T12:20:23.507-04:00I think there's also the issue of power involv...I think there's also the issue of power involved here, which you didn't seem to address. Jesus talked about how we need to help the orphans and widows who will always be with us, etc. That's more than a disgust thing, that's also inclusion over boundaries of power.Katehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12222782878802361481noreply@blogger.com
