I once broke into a US Navy base -no property damage, done at the front gate in broad daylight in front of the guard; to pray for peace (and the guard and his family). I was with a catholic priest and an 80 old woman. We were the first ones to do this and not get arrested. We found out after that the local prosecutor decided not to try these 'crimes' after a policy change where the feds wouldn't pay unless they got a conviction, and getting twelve people to...Well, you get the point.Jeffery Agnewnoreply@blogger.com
