Introducing Christian Ethics - A Conversation with David Gushee

David Gushee is well known as a professor of Christian Ethics and author of numerous books. His most recent book is After Evangelicalism: The Path to a New Christianity.  However, in February of 2022, David's newest book Introducing Christian Ethics: Core Convictions for Christians Today, (Read the Spirit Books, an imprint of Front Edge Publishing) will be published. This is a textbook that is accessible and useful not only for the classroom but for the church. David and I had a fruitful conversation about the book and about this time of history. We covered a number of bases, including the nature of God's realm, the way of Jesus, important ethical concerns, as well as the question of truthfulness in a post-truth age.

One of the unique elements of the book is that it will be published with video and audio versions. There are QR codes at the beginning of each chapter so you can go to them.

This is, I learned from David, the first interview he has done regarding the book, so this is a headstart! So, you'll want to watch and discover what this book has to say to our world.

So, invite you to watch the video and mark your calendars for January 11, 2022 when the book will be available for pre-order.
