What the World Needs Now (Tom Clay)

I have been meaning to post this Tom Clay mix of the songs "What the World Needs Now" and "Abraham, Martin, and John." It contains sound clips that illustrate the message of the songs. It was originally produced as a response to the challenge of segregation and discrimination, along with the war in Vietnam. It also picks up on the assassinations of President Kennedy, his brother Bobby, and Martin Luther King.   In light of all that is happening, I invite you to watch and listen.  This is one of several versions that can be found on YouTube.  I first heard it on a record (a 45) back in high school, and has always been meaningful to me. Perhaps it will be the same for you.
