Faith in the Public Square

For the past several years I've been writing a column for the Lompoc Record entitled Faith in the Public Square. It has appeared on the Sunday Op-ed page, and while I originally placed links on my web page, more recently I've been placing them on my blog -- usually on Sunday. Because I will likely loose that web page in my move, I've begun posting earlier columns, in part so I'll have ready access to the paper's links, and so they'll be available to the public. I've not decided whether to post them all, because some are either not seasonally appropriate or they're a bit too localized. In any case expect to see a number of repostings here in the next 2 weeks.

Speaking of Faith in the Public Square, I'm thinking of changing the name of this blog to Faith in the Public Square. It might be more fitting to what I'm trying to do with the blog, plus it connects with my column. I'm a little skittish about changing the name, but would love to hear from regular readers and others what you think about making the change.
